How to integrate ConnectWise PSA + Backup Radar?
Backup Radar supports connection with ConnectWise via API connection. Integration is straightforward, input the Connectwise API credentials below:
- Site (CWM URL).
- Public Key (the public key you received in ConnectWise).
- Private Key (the private key you received in ConnectWise).
- Company Name (matches your login ID for CWM).
