The Hiring Process

2. Intro Call
Our first meeting. We'll discuss your background and strengths while covering the basics of the role.
3. Initial Interview
We'll explore your recent experience and the role's qualifications. Share your proud accomplishments and the challenges that fueled your learning and growth.
4. Assessment
You'll have the chance to demonstrate your abilities in alignment with the role's criteria.
5. Final Interview
We'll wrap up by exploring the rest of your experience to understand your career journey thus far and your future goals.
6. Offer
We'll make things official after successfully completing the reference check and background check, and then extend a warm welcome to you as part of the team.
