Create PSA Opportunities from Lifecycle Manager Initiatives for ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, and HaloPSA

Turn an Initiative into an opportunity without leaving LM.

From any Initiative, you can create or link a PSA opportunity and capture the essentials in one pass: name, client, primary contact, owner/AM, status, notes/description, and expected close date.

Already created it in the PSA? Search and link the existing record by name, then open in PSA or unlink anytime.

Because the opportunity stays tethered to the Initiative, opportunity status automatically reflects in your roadmap, keeping sales forecasts and delivery plans aligned.

HaloPSA integration expansion

We’ve taken HaloPSA support from asset-only data to full operational alignment.

  • Contracts for each client now sync into Lifecycle Manager.
  • Budgets now reflect the contract data pulled from Halo.
  • Tickets and time entries also sync, unlocking Analytics in Lifecycle Manager for visibility into effort, trends, and outcomes that drive continuous improvement.
  • And when it’s time to execute, you can create both opportunities and tickets in HaloPSA directly from LM, turning QBR decisions into action without retyping a thing.

Here’s how this release streamlines your day-to-day, from QBR decisions to booked revenue, without adding admin overhead.

  • Matches your real sales motion. QBR decisions become opportunities with a click. Once an opportunity is approved, assign tickets right in Lifecycle Manager for one connected flow from discussion to delivery.
  • Eliminates double entry. Create, link, and update opportunities in your PSA right from Lifecycle Manager.
  • QBR-to-execution continuity. When an Opportunity status changes, its linked initiative changes with it. Sales, success, and project teams stay in lockstep on timing and approvals.
  • HaloPSA users, rejoice. LM is no longer an island. Contracts inform Budgets, tickets/time power Analytics, and you can create opportunities and tickets in HaloPSA directly from LM.

I already have a HaloPSA integration with Lifecycle Manager. Will these changes reflect in my account automatically?
Great question! You will likely have to update some permissions to allow HaloPSA to sync the contract, ticket, and opportunity data.
