There’s no single path into leadership at ScalePad—and that’s by design.
Our team is built on curiosity, growth, and the chance to take on new challenges over time. This year, five different journeys led to the same milestone: being named to the CRN Women of the Channel list, which recognizes leaders within the IT channel for their innovation, leadership, and impact.
Across the organization, their roles span strategic partnerships, partner enablement, education, community, and customer experience. Together, their work touches nearly every stage of the partner journey, from onboarding and adoption to education, community, and long-term growth.
Here are this year’s honorees:
Andrea Ayala, Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Programs, leads strategic partnerships and programs, working closely with ScalePad’s largest partners and distributors to build initiatives that drive engagement and revenue. Over the past year, she has led cross-functional efforts across product, marketing, and operations, while evolving partner advisory programs into more strategic, high-impact channels for feedback and alignment.
Brittany Crane, Instructional Designer, focuses on partner adoption and community, helping ensure partners are not only onboarded effectively but also continuously engaged. Her work strengthens the connection between partners and ScalePad’s platform, creating more consistent and meaningful touchpoints that drive long-term success.
Claire Barnard, Sr. Manager, Partner Education, leads the development of ScalePad’s partner education function, building scalable learning systems that support onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing enablement. Through structured, accessible learning experiences, she has helped partners better integrate tools into their daily operations.
Kaitlin Johnson, Sr. Product Adoption Manager, supports partner enablement and community initiatives, helping partners connect more closely with ScalePad’s products and strategy. Her work enables clearer communication, stronger adoption, and a more cohesive partner experience across the ecosystem.
Liza Brailovski, Director, Adoption Services, leads customer adoption and implementation strategy across ScalePad products, helping partners successfully onboard, adopt, and realize value from the platform. Her focus on both people and process has contributed to stronger internal alignment and more consistent partner outcomes.
This connection is not accidental. At ScalePad, leadership is built through ownership, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Employees are encouraged to take on new challenges, test ideas, and evolve their roles over time, creating an environment where growth is both supported and expected, and where individuals can see the impact of their work across the business.
For these five honorees, that growth has come through stepping into new responsibilities, learning new products, and building programs from the ground up—demonstrating how individual development translates directly into stronger outcomes for partners.
What connects these five leaders is not where they started, but how they’ve grown—and how that growth shows up in the success of the partners they support. It also reflects something broader about ScalePad: a workplace designed for people who are curious, growth-minded, and motivated to build. By creating an environment where ideas are valued, progress is shared, and individuals are empowered to take ownership, ScalePad continues to develop leaders who grow alongside the partners they serve.
